Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

Wouch is built around emotionally sensitive work. The privacy posture is simple: collect the least we can, explain why it is needed, protect it carefully, and avoid surveillance-based growth.

What we collect

On this website, we collect the details you intentionally submit when requesting access or subscribing to Signals: name, email address, role or reason when provided, message content, form source, user agent and referrer.

Inside the Wouch product, additional data may be needed to provide assessment, reflection, safety routing and guided connection. Product data is governed by the in-product privacy terms during private beta.

How we use it

We use website submissions to review access requests, respond to you, maintain the private beta waitlist, protect the service from abuse and understand which public pages are bringing people to Wouch.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use emotional state to increase engagement. We do not build advertising profiles from access-request data.

Your choices

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your website submission by writing to connect@wouch.app.

Security concerns should be sent to security@wouch.app.
