Does Wouch diagnose me or label my attachment style?
No. Wouch detects patterns and reflects them back as a map, never as a diagnosis or a fixed label. You discover meaning; the system never tells you what you are.
What is Wouch built on?
Wouch is built on attachment theory, Gottman research, interpersonal neurobiology, trauma-informed care and a Bayesian assessment engine.
How does matching work?
Matching is intentionally downstream of reflection. Wouch first helps you understand the patterns, pace and readiness conditions that shape connection, then opens guided connection when the timing is appropriate.
Why does Wouch talk about patterns instead of types?
A type can feel fixed. A pattern can be noticed, understood and worked with. Wouch uses behavioural language because the goal is recognition and movement, not classification.
